Practitioner listing applications

When you submit an application to be listed in our Practitioners directory, we collect: your name, job title, company, location, email address, industries, short bio, LinkedIn URL (optional), and whether you wish to contribute blog articles.

We use this information to review your application, publish your listing in the directory (if approved), and contact you about your application. Your email address is not published.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest - operating the practitioner directory and community.

Newsletter sign-up

If you subscribe to our newsletter via the footer form, we collect your name and email address to send you updates about PDM, new blog posts, and community news.

Legal basis: Consent - you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Contact by email

If you email us directly, we retain your message and contact details in order to respond.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest - responding to communications.

3. Who we share your data with

Netlify

This website is hosted and form submissions are processed by Netlify, Inc. Form data (practitioner applications and newsletter sign-ups) is stored in the Netlify dashboard and transmitted to us by email notification. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.

Google Fonts

If you accept optional cookies, this site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. This causes your browser to connect to Google's servers, which may log your IP address. See our Cookie Policy for details and how to opt out.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with any other third parties.

4. How long we keep your data

Practitioner applications and newsletter sign-ups are retained for as long as you remain listed in the directory or subscribed to the newsletter, and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you ask to be removed, we will delete your data within 30 days.

• Erasure - ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction - ask us to limit how we use your data
