Review and moderation
One queue for all user-submitted content - feedback, testimonials (forum posts and blog ideas later). Only what you put in the moderator note enters the review loop - the user's own words are not actioned directly. Leave the note empty and nothing is carried forward. ·

Everyone with a PDM account. Remove wipes a member's profile, course progress and content - the same as a member deleting their own account - and queues the sign-in account for final deletion in the Delete member card below. It does not delete the sign-in account itself.

Grant or revoke staff roles for any registered member by email. Reviewers approve practitioner listings; other roles unlock as features ship. Owner-only - the owner/super-admin is set in admin/roles.json, never from this page.

Cost tracker

Owner-only. This permanently erases a member's account and all their data - the sign-in identity itself plus every record: profile, course progress, testimonials, notifications, historic logs (sign-ins, terms, roles) and correspondence. It cannot be undone. Members can remove their own profile and content from their profile page; this completes the full purge.

Roles & access
Roles are managed only in admin/roles.json (Claude-managed) - never from this page. The admin function reads it server-side to gate access.
